Hello there! Today I will like to say some things about one thing that I’ve been hearing recently. Some people just come and say, hey! All you can do to learn a language which is to work hard and there’s no secret, you just have to work hard and make it happen and there first variations of this, some people will say there’s no secret to language learning, you just have to move to the country and learn. Learning and putting a ton of effort into it will help you learn a language, that’s no secret.
However if you’re just putting a ton of effort into it and you don’t know what you’re doing, you don’t know how to learn a language, let me guess what’s going to happen; you’re going to waste a ton of time, that’s my opinion, because essentially when I didn’t know what I was doing, it took me basically 8 years to learn English, but it took me significantly less time to become fluent in others, because I figured out I how to learn a language and I started learning languages more effectively.
I think that for whoever has these ideas of you just need to go and work super-hard to learn a language, it’s partially true, but in a way you also need the right methods, you need motivation of course and you need to have the right tools and the right strategies, then you’re going to make it happen quicker, not waste time, not waste money, because what I see is like a ton of people just buying expensive programs, flocking out money and throwing it out the window and then in the end not even completing the programs that they have already paid for and bought.
One of my goals with everything I do is my video blog and with fluent side is that of course I want to help people and learn a language more effectively so that they don’t have to waste their time and they can succeed with language learning, so that’s the idea of course and then it’s not just me of course, but there are many polyglots out there sharing great step of strategies as well and sharing tips on how to learn a language effectively, so there you go.
